Your role
Join us at an exciting time of growth and development within our International team! We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Senior Managers and the wider team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll take charge of extensive diary management, coordinate seamless UK and international travel arrangements, and ensure managers are always prepared for their meetings. You’ll manage complex itineraries, liaise with suppliers worldwide, handle UK and foreign expenses, and compile essential travel documentation. From pre-booking hotels for trade fairs to coordinating group flights, your attention to detail will be key.
With your exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, you’ll play an integral part in keeping everything running smoothly. If required, you will also need to offer support on an ad-hoc basis to the wider team and be prepared to manage a higher workload during busy periods.
About you
We are seeking a skilled Office Assistant to ensure the seamless operation of our Senior Management team and the wider office environment. In this role, your expertise in electronic diary management and strong proficiency with PC systems will be invaluable.
You will work closely with senior managers and Directors, handling sensitive matters with the highest level of confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. Additionally, you’ll take responsibility for keeping the office organised and running smoothly, including managing supplies, coordinating orders, and maintaining an orderly workspace.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, you’ll excel under pressure, managing complex schedules and prioritising high-stakes tasks with precision. Your experience supporting senior management and ensuring efficient office operations will be key to your success in this vital role.
