To support our Global Business and operations, we are looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our very dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transfer instructions, within specified deadlines, received from distributors to fund companies via fax, email, web and SWIFT.
  • Communicate with distributors / fund companies regarding transfer information.
  • Handle requests from both internal customers and external fund companies.
  • Handle corrections and conduct investigations.
  • Review and challenge existing processes to improve efficiency

Profile:

  • Preferably experience with fund transfers or in Finance but not mandatorily
  • Able to take initiative and have a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing cases simultaneously
  • Able to work both independently and in a group
  • Positive attitude
