General Description

The Operational Resilience Analyst role is a specialized position focusing on resilience, business continuity management, and incident management. You will be part of a dedicated team of seven professionals committed to ensuring the resilience of Euroclear UK & International (EUI). This role involves extensive interaction with various teams within EUI, particularly the Operations and Technology teams, to deliver a wide range of objectives across these fields.

Role

  • Support the delivery of the operational resilience framework programme and the business continuity management system.
  • Assist in reviewing EUI’s Important Business Services and Impact Tolerances.
  • Maintain the mapping of EUI’s Important Business Services.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the annual Operational Resilience Testing Plan, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Delivering a programme of resilience improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in the annual threat assessment exercise and maintain EUI’s set of Extreme but Plausible Scenarios.
  • Support business impact analysis and updates to business continuity plans.
  • Plan and deliver staff training and testing of various resilience capabilities.
  • Support the crisis and incident management framework, including facilitating EUI’s Bronze/Silver incident management meetings.
  • Prepare inputs for relevant governance bodies, presenting to the Risk and Operating Committee/Management Committee, and preparing reports for the business.
  • Support the management of the Operational Resilience team’s risk and control environment.
