About the role
One of our goals is to enable Young Carers (YC) and Young Adult Carers (YAC) to overcome some of the challenges they may face in a creative and solution focused way. This may involve working to a whole family approach and utilising community assets to support and improve wellbeing and reduce agreed identified needs.
Working as a team member within our Young Carers and Young Adult Carers Service as a Young Carer/Young Adult Carer Worker, you will have the opportunity to assess and support identified carers, working alongside them to develop life skills which support positive future outcomes.

Are you an enthusiastic and proactive individual who has the motivation and interpersonal skills to make a difference to the lives of Young Carers aged 4-11 years?
Someone with the confidence to work using their own initiative, as well as being a motivated member of our team?
