We are looking for an RF Works Coach (Support worker) to join our team!

Poppy’s Pantry is best known as an award-winning wholefoods and refill shop based in Melton, Suffolk. More than just a shop, we provide work-based opportunities for adults with a learning disability and/or autism.

You will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing the lives of individuals with varying levels of capacity and understanding at our site here in Melton, Woodbridge.

Each day at Poppy’s Pantry is different and you will be adopting a person-centred approach in supporting our wellbeing colleagues in a range of work-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support and coaching to individuals, adapting your style and methods to meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to people with differing levels of capacity and understanding
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.

This role is subject to an Enhanced Level DBS check. The successful applicant will be subject to Right to Work in the UK prior to employment.
