Workplace Management Project Analyst

The role: 

With your colleagues within the Workplace Management team : 

You actively participate in the day2day duties and to all Space related projects across all countries where the Euroclear Group is implemented: 

  • Support the HUB team in case of floor space reshuffling or team moves.
  • Support the Assets management team for assets inventory duties and assets documentation.
  • Make sure that Space Management tool is updated with accurate information.
  • Support all Workspace improvements and new requirements (New ways of working, new building, new office concepts, …)

You participate to any development related to the “Activity Based Working” (ABW) concepts in accordance with business activities and with Flex-E. 

You define & build Implementation guidelines for these concepts based on deep analysis & profile allocations.

You perform Building analysis based on the principles of the workplace concept: virtual buildings, macro implementations.

You design and define office space needs based on the corporate working environments models and policies.

You provide analysis (business needs, activity based working concepts…) and recommendations for appropriate projects implementation.

You are an internal communicator and assist internal as well as external stakeholders on all aspects of the workplace environment. 

You monitor the efficiency of space usage through relevant tooling (market analysis, assessment, implementation programmes ) and support internal customers in the appropriate space utilisation/concepts, etc 

Your scope of action is transversal (covers all entities of the Group).

The position is for a full-time schedule, Krakow based even if you report directly to the Workplace team Manager (HQ - BE). Your function requires potential travelling to other Facilities local entities (mainly FR, UK, BE).  You are flexible, when travelling is required to these locations. (10%)

 

Your profile:

Technical skills

  • You are an expert in Office concepts, NWoW and Flexible working space design.
  • You have Strong analytical skills.
  • You demonstrate good Communication skills (written and oral - mainly English)
  • A good understanding of the Facilities environment is an asset.
  • A basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
