Service Manager

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Maintain a positive attitude while leading a team efficiently and productively.
  • Oversee and guide all activities of the Service team.
  • Collaborate with other functions.
  • Ensure the team follows best practices and maintains service level agreements.
  • Monitor department issues and customer complaints.
  • Develop problem management and service improvement plans.
  • Cultivate safety cultures and provide proper safety training.
  • Maintain strategic plans through business analysis.
  • Improve customer/business relationship management

 

 

Who You Are:

A service manager is responsible for defining the final services by managing service level agreements and ensuring services meet the business needs. You manages the technical service department team members, measure and analyze work performances, and propose improvements to processes, including customer service interaction (complaints and requests).

 

  • You have an in-depth understating of how business works.
  • You maintain frequent interactions with a board stakeholder network and take a proactive approach.
  • You develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • You find common ground and drive to consensus, ensuring that all feel heard.
  • You set priorities and analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions.

 

 

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Degree in Engineering or other related fields
  • Over 5-10 years of service experience in technical/industrial environment
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people
  • Good communication skills in both Korean and English
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Lead strategic thinking and develop business analysis
  • Broad technical understanding and service-level management
  • Prioritization & Time management
